Lisa graduated from Rocky Mountain College with a degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Science. She was trained in Portland Oregon for therapeutic massage. Lisa is a nationally certified and licensed massage therapist, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Certified Instructor of Infant Massage, physical therapy aide and has many years of personal training experience.

Lisa has experience working with the many differenent needs people have. She works with the age advanced to help maintain flexibility and range of motion in their joints. Marathon runners come to Lisa to keep their bodies in the utmost of competition shape. Mom's and dad's come in to drop off their stress before they go home to their family. Lisa also treats many that have been involved in car accidents and has the ability to bill insurance for those services.
